Audit Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and LS PLC projects in seconds.
Ninety-six deterministic rules across four vendors plus Gemini-assisted explanations. Bring your own Gemini key — no per-audit fees.
Deterministic rules
Ninety-six rules across five severity classes — safety (37) · maintainability (21) · structural (17) · portability (12) · doc-quality (9). Vendor-neutral IR runs them uniformly across Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and LS exports.
Agent council augmentation
3-role Gemini council (Proposer · Critic · Synthesizer) attaches a verified explanation and remediation to every finding. KO/EN output.
Enterprise pilot programs
Sold through enterprise sales — pilots cover SaaS, on-prem, multi-site, and SLA-bounded contracts. Submit an enquiry through /contact and we will reply within 2 business days with a scoped 30-minute requirements meeting.
Vendor coverage matrix
Source format support per vendor. Text formats parse end-to-end; binary formats run on a partial-decode path with stable coverage of every audit-bearing surface the container exposes. Mitsubishi .gx3 surfaces PROGRAM bodies, VAR_GLOBAL tags (ARRAY/UDT included), and CpuType controllerName. LS .xgwx surfaces controller metadata, the Symbols tag table with Korean comments, per-rung ladder display text, the element-graph topology (contact / coil / SET / RST), and the Symbol → device-address bridge that activates R002 / R005 / R014 / R022 / R047 on LS sources without vendor-specific gates. Siemens .ap1x extracts SCL / AWL / UDT text blobs end-to-end from the SQLite container with FB and DB merge. Audit reports carry a "partial decode" badge for the remaining non-text areas (HW config, F-CPU safety routing, ladder body).

| LS XG5000 | .st (IEC ST via XGI) | .xgwx / .prj / .xgp | stable .xgwxpreview .prj / .xgp + Symbols + ladder text + element-graph + Symbol→address bridge |
Where OmegaPLC differs
Vendor tools (Studio 5000 / TIA Portal / GX Works) ship internal rule sets, but each is locked to its own ecosystem and licensed per seat. OmegaPLC runs cross- vendor on a single audit, with enterprise-only deployment (SaaS, on-prem, multi-site) and AI-augmented explanations.
Cross-vendor in one tool
Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and LS audited through the same vendor-neutral rule engine. Migration assessments and multi-vendor sites no longer need four separate licenses + four separate workflows.
Enterprise sales
No self-serve subscription ladder — every deployment is scoped through a sales engagement that covers vendor mix, audit volume, on-prem requirements, and SLA commitments. BYOK Gemini stays the default cost pattern: you pay Google for tokens, OmegaPLC adds no per-audit markup.
AI-augmented findings
Every deterministic finding goes through a 3-role Gemini council (Proposer · Critic · Synthesizer) for a verified explanation and remediation, in Korean or English. Vendor tools surface raw codes; we ship the reasoning.
Web-based, no install
Upload an export and run an audit from any browser. Vendor IDEs require licensed desktop installations per workstation; OmegaPLC runs anywhere a controller engineer can open Chrome.
Run your first audit in under five minutes.
Sign up, paste your Gemini key, upload your PLC project export (.L5X, .scl / .awl / .udt, .ap14 – .ap18, .st, .gx3, .prj).
